This pull adds an example of adding a coadvisor:

  • Uncomments pre-existing co-advisor function
  • edits main.tex to add in co-advisor section to the appropriate location
  • Changes final reading approval to include both Chairs

Also adds committee members C-E for those of us who have way too large a committee including:

  • Duplicating functions for CommitteeA
  • edits main.tex to add in function calls to appropriate location in text.

Also I changed Co-Chair title from Co-thesis advisor to Co-Chair and \advisor title to Co-Chair.
