v0.9 Revision 2 pre-release

This version includes the changes made to the unreleased V1 board design which I had fabricated. It includes widening some traces which may handle power, improving the GND testpad connection, and moving the vias from under pads.

Further changes may be made once fabbed boards are tested and public feedback has been received. Fab this design at your own risk.
