- 1 komkommer | ||
- 3 tomaten | ||
- 1 gele paprika | ||
- 400 gram kikkererwten (uit blik) (Bonduelle) | ||
- 180 gram granaatappelpitjes, of watermeloen als alternatief | ||
- 150 gram feta | ||
- 30 ml olijfolie | ||
- 2 limoenen (uitgeperst) | ||
- peper en zout | ||
- bosje verse munt (fijn gesneden) | ||

## Bereidingswijze | ||
|
||
1. Doe de couscous in een ruime kom en giet hier het gekookte water overheen. Dek de kom af en laat 8 minuten rusten. | ||
1. Snij de komkommer, tomaten en paprika in kleine blokjes. 1. Spoel de kikkererwten om en warm daarna op in een pannetje. | ||
1. Zodra de couscous klaar is, voeg je komkommer, tomaten, paprika, kikkererwten en granaatappelpitjes toe. Verkruimel de feta er overheen. Meng alles goed door elkaar. | ||
2. Voeg de olijfolie toe samen met het limoensap en de munt. Voeg peper en zout naar smaak toe en meng alles wederom goed door elkaar. |
