Setups

Notes for various setup environments

Testing environment for Python scripts and npm testing

This is how I set my various machines up for testing commander bits.
My two test environments are Windows 10 Professional Power Shell (Administative privlidges) (intel i7 / 32gb ram) and Ubuntu 20.10 terminal (AMD A10 / 32gb ram)

I will note differences in code where necessary.

Installed Software:

Termius SSH Client (https://termius.com/)

sFTP Client for Ubuntu (package center) WinSCP for Win10Pro (https://winscp.net/eng/index.php)

Visual Studio Code (https://code.visualstudio.com/download#)

Visual Studio C++ Build tools (https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/thank-you-downloading-visual-studio/?sku=BuildTools&rel=16)

python 3.9 (https://www.python.org/downloads/)

pip (Win 10 Installed manually)
curl https://bootstrap.pypa.io/get-pip.py -o get-pip.py
python get-pip.py

pip (Ubuntu apt package install) sudo apt install python3-pip

Once pip is installed, install the following via pip Win10 - setuptools python-dotenv requests numpy pylint
Node.js and npm (

Anaconda IDE (https://www.anaconda.com/products/individual)
