fix: openebs nfs provisioner

BACKGROUND

There were some recent PRs to try and fix the OpenEBS NFS Provisionier as a result of OpenEBS archiving the project.
#524 #525 #526 #527

It looks like the app was erroneously replaced with something other than the NFS Provisioner. https://github.com/digitalocean/marketplace-kubernetes/pull/526/files

Reverted back to most recent working version but with the new helm repo URL updated
