Docs: update README and dptb_env.md and soc.md

[QG-phy]

1. remove the content about hBN example in readme.md since i have put this information in the docs/quick_start/hand_on.md
2. update the dptb_env.md with the silicon example and the soc.md with the Sn_soc example.
