To get that last test passing, this would need to be a branch inside the same repo, I think. Actually, huh, I should be able to clone the repo and transplant the branch myself. I'll do that. To get PyPi uploads working, Datopian will need to set up a PyPi Trusted Publisher as described in https://docs.pypi.org/trusted-publishers/ ; the environment name should be |

Add GitHub Actions for lint/test/coverage/build/release. Some of these will require coordination of tokens and PyPi settings with Datopian before they will work.
This should be rebased once #130 is merged.
