Emotion Picker 1.0.0: customize emotions & emotion groups

• add or remove emotion groups
• add or remove emotions
• change colors
• change emotion picker window heading (prompt)

v0.3.1: Insert emotions as links or tags, capitalize them, and have default settings

Now you can:

• insert emotion as a [[link]]
• insert emotion as a #tag
• capitalize

There is also a Settings tab, where you can set default values for each settings.
You can still change settings per-modal.

Fix: cursor position is now stable after inserting multiple words
