When we got the values from the Map<dynamic, dynamic> number Format Symbol s, we had to do this (numberFormatSymbols[localization.languageCode] as NumberSymbols?)
I added a type for NumberFormatSymbols so as not to do additional type casting and a bit of refactoring in CompactNumberSymbols
