⚠️ Includes commits from #222 and #223, this PR starts by ed5396d.

Travis has updated Trusty container environment, now it provides ElasticSearch 5.x and can't be simply replaced... sudo -E apt-get -yq --no-install-suggests --no-install-recommends --force-yes install elasticsearch Reading package lists... Building dependency tree... Reading state information... elasticsearch is already the newest version (5.0.2). 0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 14 not upgraded.
