#CUSI Support Dashboard
The CUSI Support Dashboard queries ticket data from FootPrints Service Core and displays it in Dashing by Shopify. This repository provides an example of integrating Dashing with a T-SQL backend.
Support Metrics dashboard used by CUSI to monitor incoming support tickets. Tiles change color to indicate current service performance metrics.
Agent metrics provide a breakdown of work completed and in progress by each support agent.
