Release 5

For release 5, we integrated the predict workflow with our library, greenhouseEI. We have also implemented pegasus clustering for both workflows and made greenhouseEI work with Schnablelab's new dataset. GreenhouseEI has been moved to a different repository and can be found here: https://github.com/collincornman/greenhouseEI

Release 4

For Release4, we made a workflow to compress the image dataset. In addition, we made a library to access any file in the zip file.

Release 3

Extract Sorghum Features, such as Stem Height, Plant Height, Height of Inflorescence, and Width of Inflorescence. Improve the workflow & User guide.

Release 2

Pegasus Workflow is created to preprocess hyperspectral images and implement organ segmentation.
User guide is created to use the Pegasus Workflow.
