Updated DI and NetStandard

Changed the project to target .NET standard for consumers outside of .NET Core.

Also added a default implementation for registering with the Microsoft DI container, to exemplify the wire-up and make it easier for consumers using this DI container.

Bugfixed version

Fixed bug #1 which needs an immediate release.
