+# Chickpeas salad
+
+## Ingredients
+
+1 can of chickpeas
+1 green bell peper
+250g of cherry tomatoes
+1 bunch cilantro
+1 shallot
+Coconut vinegar
+Olive oil
+Pinch of salt
+
+## Instructions
+
+Drain and rinse chickpeas
+Cut into cubes the bell peper
+Slice the cherry tomatoes in half
+Slice the shallot
+Chop the cilantro
+Mix all ingredients, toss and enjoy
