What's Changed

In this release it's a major change, swiper now uses swiper/elements instead of the swiper/vue. This could be a huge change for some since the component is now a web component vs native Vue component but I updated the README.md accordingly.

The people that are already on the next branch you don't nothing to worry expect just to use latest instead of next. If you have any questions in regards please follow up with an issue. I hope everyone has a great day 🎉. Thanks CP.
