As discussed on slack, we need a script that would run on the desktop running acqknowledge acquisition, after the session, that would:

  • prompt for study, participant and session ids.
  • transfer through ssh/rsync/? to the UNF servers in the appropriate <dataset>/sourcedata/physio> folder. Could be done in the background to help clear the control room faster.
  • lookup files which are older that a number of days, display a warning/confirmation and delete the files which are supposedly transferred in the previous steps.
