Chainfinder searches for lines of objects in a set of spatial data. It performs a search for straight lines between pairs of objects, taking limits on angular and spacing variation as parameters. It then returns a list of lines, ranked by their length and quality. The lines are ordered lists with a "cost" stored in the last element.
