quarto-stamp: Embed Quarto Extension information

Quarto extension for listing extensions being used to render the Quarto document.

Installing

You can install the extension by using:

quarto add coatless-quarto/stamp

This will install the extension under the _extensions subdirectory. If you're using version control, you will want to check in this directory.
