Add backpack pro;
By default, entrypoint.sh won't install dev dependencies. After this change, the variable COMPOSER_NO_DEV can be set externally to 0 to override this and let those be installed. Since docker-compose is used for development, COMPOSER_NO_DEV is set to 0 there.
This may come back some day, but need to re-work testing and handling of creds for building.
