Update dependency to github.com/alecthomas/kingpin/v2
Since kingpin 2.3.1 module path changes from `gopkg.in/alecthomas/kingpin.v2` to `github.com/alecthomas/kingpin/v2`. By updating the module some old dependencies are removed also. Signed-off-by: Mikel Olasagasti Uranga <[email protected]>
