All-in-one msi for Windows
Briefly tested on Windows 7, if you encounter any problems, we welcome comments and Issue Requests!
It copies a ing2ofx.exe file to 'Program Files' and creates a Start Menu entry.
Can be fully removed by 'Uninstall Program'
