PYggdrasil v0.2.0 Release Notes
PYggdrasil v0.2.0 implements the Single Cell Inference of Tumor Evolution (SCITE) algortihm by Kuipers J et al. (2015).
It was designed to quantify the Markov chain Monte Carlo exploration of tumour progression tree spaces, in particular to investigate:
- Initialisation Strategies
- Convergence Diagnostics
- Multi-modalities
Although PYggdrasil doesn't currently implement all features of SCITE, it enables running complex snakemake workflows for reproducible experiments.
This version allows to reproduce all experiments conducted in Gordon J Köhn's MSc Thesis: Quantifying MCMC Exploration of Tumour Progression Tree Spaces.
