Welcome to the CFTRimg wiki!

This code has been created to process fluorescence images of cells transfected with the CFTR protein. The code has two functions which relies on the analysis of two different kinds of images:

1. The localisation of CFTR with respect to the cell membrane and,
2. The ability of the CFTR protein to open.

These two functions mean that one can quickly and easily deduce the effect of a mutation or drug on the density of CFTR at the cell membrane and the CFTR gating function.
