Python APIC Implementation

Implementation of APIC fluid simulation method based on https://www.math.ucla.edu/~jteran/papers/JSSTS15.pdf using Python 3.7.

main.py - contains the main driver code to run the fluid simulation method
rendering.py - contains the visualization code.

To use rendering.py, ensure you have Open3D 0.9.0.
