Deploy testing url with Surge

You can deploy your local version of the site for testing/reviewing using Surge. Make sure you have the latest and run yarn to install surge. It will prompt you to create an account through the command line the first time you run this.

Deploy Internal Build yarn deploy:internal

Deploy External Build yarn deploy:external
