Scripts cloned from GitHub to @somnath directory in cluster.
Ran the scripts for expression preparation, sample level expression analysis, ARACNe and sample level activity analysis on two cell lines HEK293 and U87EP (present as part of the “Demo” directory).
Next in line: Running the scripts of a new dataset.
