Hi, I noticed that ARACNE-AP throws an Exception if you don't supply the seed argument, so I suppose it is not an optional argument. Given this, should the calculateThreshold step then be run as many times as the bootstrap sampler (with different seeds), to get a more robust estimate of the MI threshold?
