Is there a reason to use 1E-8 as the p-value threshold?

Thank you for developing the ARACNe-AP software.

I have a question about using ARACNe-AP.
Is there a reason to use 1E-8 as the p-value threshold? Have you observed more false positives when using 1E-6 or 1E-7?
