Questions about the minimum sample size required for the algorithm

Dear developer:
I wonder the minimum sample size required to construct the regulatory network.I used the transcriptional profiles of tumor (9) and para-cancer samples (4) to run ARACNE AP respectively,unfortunately, both of them failed. I noticed that some people said that the minimum sample size for ARACNE is 100[https://www.biostars.org/p/154145/].But if I use 13 samples to run, I get the expected results.Is that ok?
