Failure when using single-cell data

Hello,

I was able to get ARACNe-AP to work with a microarray dataset I have. When I tried using the same script but with single-cell data it is failing although I am requesting enough computational power from the high-performing computer. It is failing and giving the following message, "Warning: sample number is higher than the short data limit". I am trying to use ARACNe-AP on approx. 30,000 cells.
