📅 Agenda:

• Reviewing the diagrams, mockups and requirements and identifying the inconsistencies.
• Closing up completed issues.
• Reviewing and refining the project plan.
• Planning for the presentation

📌 Outcomes:

• Project plan was extended with new items up to the first milestone.
• For the 1st customer presentation, the front-end team will be presenting the forums while the mobile team will be presenting the quizzes.
• Stale branches were deleted and completed issues were closed.
• Back-end team will be responsible for serving hard-coded mock data to the front-end and mobile for the 1st customer presentation.
