Using pip install git+https://github.com/blakeaw/[email protected] with the current pyproject.toml installs pysb.pkpd but omits the sub-packages pysb.pkpd.models and pysb.pkpd.pk_models.

This should be fixed with PR #18.

However, I'll leave this open until I can test further the pip install from the github repo.
