  1. allow "hwi signtx -" 

    Enhanced `signtx` to accept special character `-` to indicate to read
the base64-encoded PSBT from the stdin instead of from the command line.
This allows running commands like
`xclip -o -selection clipboard | hwi -t <device> signtx -`.
