In some sense, superceeded by #167 which did a pass of the documentation as well which seems to overlap. May still be a typo existing though. Will keep open as a reference to catch any small ones |

This PR fixes a bunch of typos and redundancies in the docs that I came across when first going through the docs.
Feel free to commit and push your own changes to this branch if you see any mistakes in the docs...I will mark this PR as a draft for now :)
