Fix dependencies in rule template because some dependencies are already present in environment, and other dependencies were using unusable versions.

Template change was tested in actual production use.
🚀 Deployment
Existing installations are not affected. This affects new installs only.

In order to verify that the deployment was successful we will install the extension in a new account, and check the Rule code.
🔥 Rollback
We will rollback if Auth0 rule stack changes. (Unlikely because rules are getting deprecated, and we should be moving to Actions soon.)
