Wavelet operator benchmark results

Actions agreed:

We will investigate more about the bug we found in the benchmarks. For that we would like to investigate systematically dependency versions and tests in Jenkins and find a minimal CMake working version.
Ilketra: Continuing benchmarks on Algorithm 3
David: Fix the Jenkins config script.
Roland: Integrating the wavelet operator as a test and run the full batch of tests in Jenkins.
