unilib 1.4, a.k.a. Neopolitan

Breaking the public API of unilib in its migration to Neopolitan proved unnecessary, so in the interest of compatibility, we didn’t do that! Symbolic versioning was also dropped, as this library’s main product is its public API, which has always been using semantic versioning.

Earlier releases can be found as they were pre-fork in Aquefir’s unilib repository.
