You can publish an API by following below steps:

  1. Register a Business API
  2. Create a Proxy API from the Business API
  3. Create Policy
  4. Create License
  5. Add Policy To License
  6. Add license to Proxy API
  7. Select Stage as Publish

Now your API is published.
