Description
Moved
.msbuildprojfiles into a newproj/folder. The release excludes thewebsites/and.github/folders, since they are not required to build from source. However, if the.msbuildprojfiles are in these folders, they were causing theLucene.Net.slnfile to fail to load because it was missing dependencies. This change fixes that so the release will build without having to manually fixup theLucene.Net.slnfile as was the case in 4.8.0-beta00017.
