Also includes some changes needed to correlate Mailbox attachment with JMAP attachment in a custom TMail MessageParser. This avoids changes in the interfaces...
This is a work in progress. The idea of leveraging JMAP attachments as mailbox attachments can yield massive improvments (direct downloads) but needs to be validated first...
