Bayesian Lasso Stereotype Model High-dimensional variable selection for assessed ordinal outcomes using the Bayesian Lasso stereotype model with variable inclusion indicators. Methods paper available at https://doi.org/10.1093/bib/bbac414. Code for a toy application is in BLASSO-ST_SampleCode.R. Toy data are available in the "BLASSO-ST_SmallData.RData" file.
