Decrement Gradle version from 8.8 to 8.7 in version_mappings.txt

This unblocks incrementing the AGP version from 8.6 to 8.7. In the future, the Gradle version tied to AGP 8.7 will be incremented back to 8.8. Fixes: 350705956 Test: existing Change-Id: I104b28e8ecfb523ecddc429e20b70c6329abd224
