setting force_turbo=1 and arm_freq=900 will allow us to override whatever is setting the clock to 600mhz instead of default 900mhz. This work around is also used by MS in the Windows 10 IoT for raspberry pi so we should be good in terms of force_turbo=1 harming the device in any manner.

I would like to avoid touching clock configuration until it became 'definitely needed'.
It seems clock configuration is well documented on raspberrypi.org,
then Android binary builders, or users can tune it based on their needs.

It's better to include this information in release note of your pre-built binary.
Or write somewhere and give link.

Because I think it is a type of 'overclocking'. Not specific to android porting.
