Improve the speed of the launcher by having Unread do its processing in the background.
Change the Unread music behaviour to open the app when clicking it, so you can quickly get inside to manage the playlist.

Fix a crash when installing new apps on Android 7 or 8.
Fix a crash when long pressing an icon on Android 8.
