peakdet_inter with display of glottis-closure instants

Detected glottis-closure instants are now indicated for each cycle. The number of each cycle is also plotted on the figures to facilitate reference to the signals when examining the results in Figure 1.

1.0.0: first numbered version

This version number is mostly intended for the <peakdet_inter> script, which needs versioning. Its current version is labelled as a first version (1.0.0). The next landmark will be version 1.1, incorporating improvements to the back-end planned in the course of 2019.

A side benefit of the version number is that it can also be used to refer to a specific state of the repo as a whole, including the gallery of electroglottographic signals.
