This update includes only the latest
sqlite3. The reason for this is that version 4.0.2 ofsqlite3doesn't build at least on a Mac.The tests still fail with mostly 500 server errors. I suspect those are related to referring to old items and such and should be easily fixable by referring to newer items, when you know what you're doing (I don't, at least yet).
