• Design issues

  • Make the pink accent color less prominent/more as an accent, eg. in the jumbo use a light + blurry bg instead of the big pink blocks ?
  • Use a cooler font for titles
  • Rework posts layout for a less blocky feel
  • Finetune styling to feel less Bootsrap-ey

• Website activity

  • Put Alakajam streamers forward as long as they've entered a jam or two (priority given to more jams entered?)

2020 plans (on hold)

Priority #1: New visitors

Features and polish to improve the experience of new visitors, including people considering entering a future jam and people new to game jams in general.

Priority #2: Long-term project features

Let like-minded developers stay in touch with each-others projects, with a pretty home page and devlog to share with followers. Support entering projects as jam entries.

Other/future efforts

• Polish security and upload management
• Polish streamer-related features
• Tidy up the most complex parts of the code
• More accessible/automated event management (rework event preset system into schedulable "actions")
