The first version of this dataset aggregation repository about COVID-19 pandemic in Greece includes:
- Selected datasets from volunteers that can give (in our best of knowledge) a holistic view of the situation in Greece, if visualized.
- The datasets consist of:
- Epidemiological information
- Mobility information
- Social Distancing & Governmental Monitoring information
- A process of automatic aggregation of the aforementioned datasets via bash scripts:
- Step 1: aggregation of the datasets in .csv form from various repositories
- Step 2: filtering of the international datasets to keep only the information about Greece (for size brevity reasons)
- Step 3: auto generation of .json format based on the .csv format of the datasets
- A review of the current open data framework in Greece and a first attempt to catalog official and unofficial attempts to open data
- A detailed presentation of the dataset and its purposes on the readme
