Update to 0.4.1
- modified entities to support serial/mac for uniqueness (mac when serial not available)

- bumped gehomesdk version and integration version
Changed log level to INFO since known device list is deprecated. I'll try to find time later this week to read up on the 'device registry index' and see if it makes sense to add the appliances there.

Would it be possible to add support for range hoods? The particular one I have is a UVC9360SL1SS.
