includes unused images and images already uploaded to and pulled from drupal

Made subfolders
backgrounds,graphics,headshots,icons, andlogoswithin masterimagesfolder. All images directly in theimagesfolder (excludingimages/uploads) were deleted or sorted into their appropriate subfolders, and theREADMEwas updated with image sorting info.
